Hey I’m Olivia!Property has been in my life from a very young age as my mum started Kay Collins Lettings when I was just 6 years old. Throughout high school, my Mum would pick me up after school take me back to the office with her – it’s safe to say she had me doing all of the jobs she didn’t want to do, such as filing and paperwork!!
I learned a lot being in the office and listening to my Mum and her business partner Steve on the phone to clients, it taught me so much without me even realising.
In 2016 I officially started working at Kay Collins Lettings when I was 17 years old, alongside completing my A-Levels and living my life doing everything a 17/18 year old should do which included holidays, nights out, time with my partner, family and friends and overall A LOT of hangovers!
I started to work full time after I completed my A-Levels, then a couple of years later after a lot of dedication to the company and hard work, I was promoted to Office Manager.
After years of learning and gaining experience I decided to ask my mum and Steve if they would trustme to set up a Sales Department and without hesitation they agreed to support me with everything I put forward, and I’m so proud to say that we are now really successful in sales and have officially become an Estate and Letting agency.
I absolutely thrive in everything that relates to property whether that be Lettings, Sales, Investments, Renovations – anything I can get involved in, I absolutely will.
My role in the office has allowed my Mum and Steve to take a step back, whilst I continue to managethe sales and lettings, with my amazing team around me who I adore and who are a pleasure to work with each and every day.
Outside of work, I love going out for drinks with friends, travelling abroad and going to the gym. As well, my partner and I have recently purchased our first home and the renovation was a huge project, I loved every minute!
I have so many more ideas I wish to fulfil in my career, and I can’t wait to implement them in the company.
