I am the founder member of the company that myself & Steven Atkinson formed in 2006 and through hard work and dedication Kay Collins Sales, Lettings & Property Management are now established as one of the leading independent Sales & Letting Agents in the Wigan & surrounding areas.

We have built a strong letting & sales team around ourselves over many years and now my daughter Olivia Collins Office Manager is progressing with unbelievable knowledge of the new legislation and the profession as a whole. We have no doubt that with the team she has around her she will go from strength to strength.

I have been married to David for 30 years and have 2 amazing children who are both doing well in their chosen careers. I am very family orientated and enjoy as much time away walking & relaxing as possible with our Bichon Frise dog George who is also a regular visitor to the office.

For the past 18 years it has been a privilege serving the local community within our industry and will continue to do so in the future.
